Public bug reported:
Ubiquity crashes with a "bus error" trying to install kubuntu on a AMD64
machine.
After boot, I get the install kubuntu icon and when clicking that, I get
1 second of the install screen and then it goes away.
Trying the command "ubiquity kde_ui" from a command line, I get "Bus
Error" after the 1 second of the install screen.
Have tried the install from a USB stick as well as a DVD burned from the
14.04 LTS image.
