Public bug reported:

When i am booting in test release (14.10 Utopic Unicorn), it shows black 
rectangle with purple border. After 20 seconds system boots normally. If i 
press RETURN, the system started fsck. After fsck finishes, normal GRUB menu 
appears, and booting contunies normally.
