Public bug reported:
Trying to send an e-mail from thunderbird with enigmail installed. Default rule
set to sign all outgoing mails.
On sending, no request for the passphrase, just a popup with:
"Sending of message failed.
Please verify that your Mail & Newsgroups account settings are correct and try
again."
I expected the passphrase request.
