The problem happened 3 times in a row and now I cannot seem to be able
to reproduce it.

** Description changed:

The latest proposed backport kernel from Trusty to Precise introduces a
  problem with the network initialization.

- With 3.13.0-30.54, there is no default route (either v4 or v6) while
- everything is fine with 3.13.0-29.53.
-
+ With 3.13.0-30.54, sometimes, there is no default route (either v4 or
+ v6) while everything worked fine with previous kernels (either 3.2, 3.11
+ or earlier 3.13).
