network-manager packaging is done in lp:~network-manager/network-
manager/ubuntu. Could you please re-do your changes against that branch,
and either create a merge request or re-do a debdiff (note, the attached
debdiff appears to have been created in the reverse order, you'll likely
want to put first the original version in the archive, followed by the
.dsc for the new version).
