Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: partman-crypto

cryptsetup in current gutsy is not capable of mounting /usr, because it
depends on libraries from /usr. Therefore partman-crypto should
disallow partition configurations which would require cryptsetup to work
before /usr is mounted - ie, configurations with a separate encrypted
/usr.

Encrypted / is fine, as are non-/usr encrypted filesystems (provided, as
is usual, /usr is mounted before the others).

** Affects: partman-crypto (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
