Utopic archive does not have such 'libopencl1', so it depends on ocl- icd-libopencl1 (no other choice) For the coming kernel 3.16 i need to install nvidia-340 driver but get then the ocl-icd-libopencl1 conflict: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ocl-icd/+bug/1247736 (did the workaround post #7) but without succeeding.
