part "wait for ssh" loop committed.
part "extraopts" committed with some changes: I dropped the
intermediate "-o" and just pass extraopts as it is to the command, which
is easier to parse. I also adjusted tests/ssh-setup-lxc to use this
functionality for passing a now dynamically generated container name.
