Public bug reported:

in raring, python-apsw is marked as 'provides python2.7-apsw', but this
is no longer the case in trusty. it would be great if this could be
"fixed" for the sake of older packages which depend on python2.7-apsw.
i encountered this issue installing acestream recently (I've written to
the acestream devs, but I don't think there's much chance of any update
there). the workaround is simple enough, if you know what you're doing,
but will confuse many i'm sure. thanks!

** Affects: python-apsw (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
