For some reason I really could not comprehend you question. Maybe it's
because I haven't eaten or because I'm tired, but I'll try to answer
anyway...


Yes, it really "bounces" between the two quite randomly.

Sometimes it will "choose" the network you want, and suddenly later it
will switch to the other which you do not want. Or sometimes it will
"choose" the one you don't want, and will not allow you to choose the
one you want, and will randomly switch later.

It does not appear to be very different when first starting up. It just
seems random either way.

I suppose a fix on my end would be to rename the router, but NM should
have the ability to recognize that there are TWO different routers.
(Network Admin has the ability to)

When I click on the NM applet and see the list of available networks, It
only shows one name, even though Network Admin shows two. (And there ARE
infact TWO different networks)
