Seems the problem is maliit-server is not getting killed when the wizard
finishes, and then it's crashing after unity8 starts and the keyboard is
requested and this causes the large delay.
The fix should be for maliit-server to get killed when the wizard
finishes so it can restart in the proper sequence with unity8
