My Canon LiDE 60 stopped working with the recent simple-scan 3.13.3 in
utopic. The scanner starts making a second of noise, then stops, and
simple-scan gives a "failure to communicate with scanner" error.
The log file says
[+9,07s] DEBUG: scanner.vala:1310: sane_read (0) -> (SANE_STATUS_INVAL, 0)
[+9,07s] WARNING: scanner.vala:1326: Unable to read frame from device: Invalid
argument
I'll attach the full log file for reference.
Downgrading to the previous 3.13.1 works fine.
