PCI: 0000:03:00.0, VID: ec:68, Class: 02:00 (Ethernet controller) has
two differences

1. SERR# Enable is set fro 0 to 1
2. CacheLine Size is reduced from 0x10 to 0x08

The same applies to PCI: 0000:04:00.0, VID: e4:59, Class: 02:80 (Network
controller).

I suspect BIOS did not restore them values correctly after resume, but
they shouldn't haven't any function failures.
