CID: 201310-14246 HP 14 Notebook

Two finger scrolling works fine on this system, but two finger pinch /
zoom does not.

Steps:
1. Install the gallery app on 14.04
2. Open a picture, try to pinch / expand on the touchpad to zoom

Expected result:
* Pinch / expeand should work.

Actual result:
* Nothing happened
