I found out because we were doing the same on one of our packages :)

/tmp/archive/./ubuntu-experience-tests_0.1+autopilot0_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/tests/__init__.py', which
is also in package python3-click 0.4.28
