The bug has been solved, I reset the size screen from the screen menu. I shut down every thing, I unpluged everything, AC, VGA, the Graphic Card, and then I repluged everything, I restarted the PC ... Then the PC recognized the screen "Samsung Electronics", and its original resolution too, so now everything is running normal.
