Public bug reported:
I followed the following steps:
1) Create a sample template application using "App with Simple UI"
2) Run it by pressing "Ctrl + F12" on my phone. The UI is shown on my
phone
3) Make some changes on my phone. Run it again by pressing "Ctrl" +
"F12". The new changes are not reflected. I can only see a flash of the
screen.
This may confuse a developer since they may think their code is wrong.
In fact, by manually killing the running app on the phone, and relaunch
it, we can see the new changes.
