Public bug reported:
It looks like we're going to have to remove mencoder from utopic, since
it doesn't work with libav 10 (see http://bugs.debian.org/732159).
Could tablet-encode perhaps use something like avconv for its encoding
needs instead?
In the meantime, I'm moving this to utopic-proposed and blocking it from
utopic by way of this bug.
