My workaround
leafpad ~/.config/autostart/light-locker.desktop
replace "Exec=light-locker" with " Exec=light-locker --lock-after-
screensaver=0 --no-lock-on-suspend --60-late-locking"
RESTART
Do not touch more light-locker, nor light-locker-settings
