If I understand things correctly, we need two things:

1. call powerd's requestSystState() to inhibit suspend while the snap
decision is up and clearSysState() when done

2. call unity-system-compositor's keepDisplayOn() while the snap
decision is up and removeDisplayOnRequest() when done
