When performing the purchase verification, redirects are not being
followed.
To properly follow redirects, a new signature with the new URL must be
made, for OAuth authenticated API endpoints. This means some re-
factoring of verification-curl.cpp will need to occur, so that the
request can be properly re-built and re-signed with the new URL, when a
redirect occurs.
