Does that finding make this a non-bug or something that would still need reporting upstream?
You can also re-test with Qt 5.3.1 + Ubuntu 14.10 and report back. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/QtTesting for details (=qt5-beta2 PPA). You should now be able to keep eg. Qt Creator and Ubuntu plugin even if the ubuntu-sdk meta-package might need to be removed when upgrading. The packages are only partially "well done", but should be ok for testing purposes. As usual, you can revert back with sudo ppa-purge ppa:canonical- qt5-edgers/qt5-beta2 + sudo apt install ubuntu-sdk. ** Changed in: qtbase-opensource-src (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1284235 Title: Icon has to be sized explicitly To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1284235/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
