** Description changed:

- I was using Utopic logged in with 3.16.0-4-generic kernel systemd and
- got a few updates with cgmanager being one of them. It got errors so I
- rebooted using upstart and was able to complete the update with no
- errors. But when I tried rebooting with systemd it failed to boot. I
- tried upstart and it also failed to boot. So I am now using the previous
- kernel 3.16.0-3-generic and was able to login.
