Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* New upstream release.
* Add support for Python 3
* debian/control:
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5
- Bump X-Python-Version to 2.6 and X-Python3-Version to 3.3
* debian/tests/all: specify the package to test
* debian/control: bump Standards-Version to 3.9.3
* New upstream release.
* debian/control: enable autopkgtest.
* debian/tests: switch to zope.testrunner.
* Fake sync due to mismatching orig tarball.
