Public bug reported:

I tried selecting lyx-common2.1 ... FROM THE DROP-DOWN that Launchpad
gives me, and it tells me it does not exist in Ubuntu. If the packages
it gives me to select from aren't valid, then what is? This is more
annoying than the bug I'm trying to report!

I'm using LyX 2.1.1. The "Immediate Apply" is sort of eradic. At best,
you can't put in a decimal amount for custom spacing with this box
selected. It just refuses the decimal point. Trying to type 0.75
results in a spacing of 75! And it applies it immediately which really
screws up the screen.

As a suggestion, "Apply Immediately" could mean to apply after the field
loses focus or after a set time-out. And decimals should be allowed
since it works with the box unchecked. For now, turning off the
checkbox fixes everything.
