the title should be the title set in the header, rather than "[Scope
name] Preview"

Desired resolution:
- 1. By default Dash previews should contain only the word "Preview" in
- the header.

- 2. Scope authors should be given the option of replacing the word
- preview with the same logo graphic they use on the main scope screen.
+ Signed off design for RTM: Header on previews is same as header
+ elsewhere in scope - ie contains scope name or graphic.
