Hello Anthony,
This issue still exist with BIOS A05, but not 100% reproducible, it happened 
about 4 times out of 5
(But with USB stick plugged, it will be 100% reproducible)

Steps:
1. Install 14.04, boot to desktop (BIOS A02)
2. Verify this issue still exist
3. BIOS upgraded to A05
4. Verify this issue again

I was unable to download A03 from Dell's website
