** Description changed:

- Hi
- I have installed kylin with enchrypted lvm and this mean that at every start
the system require to type the security key.
- This step happens in plymouth, but as you can see in the attached photos
there's no request for this as instead happens in the normal ubuntu flavour.
- Thanks
- Fabio
+ [Impact]
+ When the system is installed with encrypted LVM, typing the security key
(which happens in plymouth) is required every time it starts. There is no
request for user input when using Ubuntu Kylin theme.

- ProblemType: Bug
- DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.10
- Package: ubuntukylin-theme 1.1.0
- ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.15.0-6.11-generic 3.15.0
- Uname: Linux 3.15.0-6-generic x86_64
- ApportVersion: 2.14.3-0ubuntu2
- Architecture: amd64
- CurrentDesktop: Unity
- Date: Sun Jun 29 18:43:34 2014
- InstallationDate: Installed on 2014-06-29 (0 days ago)
- InstallationMedia: Ubuntu-Kylin 14.10 "Utopic Unicorn" - Alpha amd64
(20140628)
- PackageArchitecture: all
- SourcePackage: ubuntukylin-theme
- UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
+ [Test case]
+ Security key should be prompted if encrypted LVM is used, and the boot
process shall continue without problem related.
+
+ [Regression potential]
+ None, the fix is mostly about adding missing stuff which are called under the
specific circumstances.

** Changed in: ubuntukylin-theme (Ubuntu Trusty)
       Status: Triaged => In Progress
