I tried to read the mail that makes thunderbird crash on my laptop with my kubuntu desktop pc and it works! it has the same thunderbird version (1.5.0.13) and the same extensions (français language pack 1.5.0.10 enabled and English (GB) Language Pack 1.5.0.10 disabled)! Moreover I use the same server and the same configuration!
