Yeah, probably when it started; I cannot remember the repeat problem from when the computer was new. And "Keyboard input improvement" fix on revision 10 of a BIOS scares me. Such basics, and yet they allow themselves to screw it up. I've sent a support request to Dell under warranty and told them to inform the BIOS team. Can't hurt, though not really expecting anything but a boiler plate response.. (I tried resetting BIOS by loading defaults, but I still have issues with repeating keys.)
