Public bug reported:
There exists a long delay in the unity greeter between showing the user
accounts (no background still loaded, dotted bg and some indicators
missing) and been able to click to select the user account, or even
input the password.
Note that only when the background and the missing indicators show up,
I'm able to do any action to start the session. Even if the main
graphical controls are already on screen, clicking on them or inputting
text, does nothing.
