You have been subscribed to a public bug:

1) The version and edition of Linux Mint you are using (if you are not sure,
open a terminal and run "mintwelcome").
Mint 17 xfce 64bit
2) What you did for the problem to happen, and how to reproduce it.
open keyboard dialog setting, "shortcut" tab
3) What happened.
default keys cannot be removed, if I click on an item to edit (e.g. default
key: whiskermenu -> Super L) , the new shortcut key (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+A) is
displayed as accepted, but when restarting setting dialog, there are 2 items
shown: application Whiskermenu -> SuperL and Whiskermenu -> Ctrl+Alr+A)
when I click reset to defaults, it works but all items in the dialog disappear.
Again, re-open the keyboard setting dialog will display correct shortcuts (all
default ones).
In shorts, the setting dialog seems to be out of sync of what's in the config
file and what keys are currently being used.
4) What you expected to happen instead.
I need to unbind Super L, but I cant remove or edit the default key binding.
__I would appreciate it if you show me the config file, I will edit the file
manually while waiting for you to fix the setting dialog__

5) If the problem happened once, sometimes, or always.
Always, super easy to reproduce.

I would be happy to record a video/screenshot if you cant reproduce the
bug. Cheers :)
