Ubuntu package has no deltas, only rebuilds - so sync would do it.

Package from Debian unstable builds and install cleanly and works as expected.
It's not currently possible to install openoffice.org-voikko (2.0.1-1build3) in 
gutsy:

The following partially installed packages will be configured:
  openoffice.org-voikko 
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used.
Setting up openoffice.org-voikko (2.0.1-1build3) ...

This may mean that
  1) there's something wrong with the OpenOffice.org installation
  2) this openoffice.org-voikko package is not fully compatible with your
     version of OpenOffice.org
  3) this openoffice.org-voikko package is corrupted.
