Public bug reported: In 12.04 I used to have Shift + Ctrl + Esc as a custom shortcut to suspend my machine, upon upgrading I have found that any combination use Esc key will not run the command. It appears to be a regression from 13.10 as another user is reporting the same issue in askubuntu: http://askubuntu.com/questions/489418/keyboard-shortcut-shift-ctrl- escape-does-not-work
Using any alternative such as Shift + Ctrl + F1 works fine. ** Affects: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1350527 Title: Custom keyboard shortcuts using Esc key do not work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1350527/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
