+ 1. Navigate to System Settings > "Accounts".
+ 2. Set up an Ubuntu One account if you don't have one already.
+ 3. Delete the Ubuntu One account.
+ 4. Try to do anything else: select another account, choose "Add account...",
or just tap the back button.

+ What happens: Nothing. The screen has frozen.
