This bug breaks other important things as well like DHCP (dhcp3-server)
and cfengine.
Result: all of our servers which are still running Lucid are returning
problems and we can't even fix them automatically using cfengine.
Partial breakdown of core services. At this point I still can't estimate
which other services are affected by this bug. Condition red in our
case.
Since a multitude of programs rely on this critical core library we have
a highly serious condition. Requesting to increase importance of this
bug.
