The reason for this bug is explained here: https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showthread.php?66053-Utopic-Upgrade&p=355573#post355573
It would appear that during the upgrade libnepomukcleaner4 becomes an obsoleted package, but does not remove itself from the DPKG status list. libnepomukcore4abi1 is a dependancy of this library and nepomuk-common which is upgraded at the same time, they both have different versions of libnepomukcore4abi1 so an error is produced. A workaround is to do: dpkg --purge libnepomukcleaner4 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1350257 Title: package libnepomukcore4abi1 4:4.13.2-0ubuntu0.1 failed to install/upgrade: Versuch, »/usr/lib/libnepomukcleaner.so.4« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket libnepomukcleaner4 4:4.13.2-0ubuntu0.1 ist To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nepomuk-core/+bug/1350257/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
