Thanks for the detailed bug report. I've added a task for our android
package which is the source apns-conf.xml. As Ubuntu currently doesn't
use the "supl" keyword, I think just added "type=default" will be
sufficient.
Also, I appreciate the suggestion regarding adding a default type if
missing. We'll give this some consideration. This could cause
problems however if the APN with the missing type was actually a
standalone MMS APN.
