You seem to be using the wrong printer driver "HP OfficeJet 5110xi -
CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.10-pre2" for your HP OfficeJet 5610 printer, change
it to: "HP Officejet 5600 Series, hpcups 3.14.3 [en]". Does that solve
your problem?
