Hi Matthias
The error message with regard to missing upstart.in files is due to the
Debian maintainers use of openstack-pkg-tools - I'll take a look and see
if we can tidy away that message as this package is just middleware - no
daemons!
Right now python3 is not feasible due to missing python3 deps in the
dependency chain.
