Unfortunately the corefile doesn't appear to be usable.
Does this problem reoccur? Were you doing anything in particular
(starting a container, starting a libvirt vm, logging in, upgrading the
system) when the crash occurred?
If the problem does reoccur, please create a file called
/etc/default/cgmanager containing:
cgmanager_opts="--debug"
then restart cgmanager with
sudo stop cgmanager; sudo start cgmanager
And after the crash re-occurs post the contents of
/var/log/upstart/cgmanager.log
Please also show the result of
ls -l /sbin/init
dpkg -l cgmanager
