This may be covered from before. I have purged PPAs and hopefully have
"fixed" issues with xorg. Attempted to upgrade from muon update manager
which did not initialize the update. Switched to terminal. Ran the
following:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
do-release-upgrade
