Looks like "*cupsInkChannels" is missing in your ppd /etc/cups/ppd
/KODAK-ESP-7200-Series-AiO.ppd:
D [11/Aug/2014:18:39:23 +0200] [Job 110] c2esp:1 : opening ppd

D [11/Aug/2014:18:39:23 +0200] [Job 110] Looking for "*cupsInkChannels"...

found...
D [11/Aug/2014:18:39:23 +0200] [Job 110] PID 2763 (/usr/lib/cups/filter/c2esp)
crashed on signal 11.
If I create a file printer for the Kodak ESP 7200 "*cupsInkChannels" is
in my ppd and c2esp is not crashing, when removing "*cupsInkChannels"
from the ppd I also get crashed on signal 11.
Can you attach your /etc/cups/ppd/KODAK-ESP-7200-Series-AiO.ppd first, where
did you get this ppd?
Have you dist-upgraded this machine from an older Ubuntu release?
Try removing an reinstalling your printer queue or create a second queue to see
if that solves the problem.
