You are building OpenAFS from Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) for a kernel from
Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty), which won’t work.
If you don’t need to use OpenAFS, you may simply remove the openafs-
client and openafs-modules-dkms packages.
If you do need to use OpenAFS, you should upgrade your entire system to
trusty, or else remove the trusty kernel 3.13 and build only for the
precise kernel. If these are not options, you may want to use the newer
OpenAFS packages for Ubuntu 12.04 in the PPA at
https://launchpad.net/~openafs/+archive/ubuntu/stable (note that PPAs
receive no official support from Ubuntu).
