Public bug reported: mp3diags is currently a version which is two years old and does not work correctly! (Running options such as Rebuild VBR do not fix my files on the packed 1.0.12.079 version but they do work when I use the latest version after building it myself, namely 1.2.01 dated 14-01-17 )
