the latest ALSA daily dkms failed to build against 3.13.0-24.46 and
older kernels. 3.13.0-24 and older kernels do not include the <linux
/dell-led.h> which is needed by the latest alsa daily dkms, on the other
hand, it's not necessary for alsa daily dkms to support very old kernel.
please investigate if we can disable the alsa dkms from rebuilding on
3.13.0-24.46 and older kernels.
