Thanks for your report.
I see in the attached ProcEnviron.txt that your locale is incorrect. The
LANG is set to 'ru_RU', which is for ISO-8859-5 encoding. Try to open a
terminal window and run:
sudo update-locale LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
