Public bug reported:
This morning tried to install the latest upgrade that came in. There is
an apparent conflict between two packages that prevents libreoffice-base
to upgrade to the new version.
I lost all the error messages but in the end I managed to install it
manually with dpkg and it still warned me about the problem at hand:
sudo dpkg -i --force-all
/var/cache/apt/libreoffice-base_1%3a4.3.0-3ubuntu1~precise1_amd64.deb

Apparently the problem was that
/usr/lib/libreoffice/share/basic/script.xlc appears in two packages.
