steps:
1. Have a bluetooth headset paired with the phone
2. Disable bluetooth
3. reboot
4. Open the music player and start playing a song
5. Turn on the bluetooth headset
6. Pull down the indicator and turn on bluetooth
Observed:
The indicator freezes and the music stutters without proceeding
The only recourse seems to be to hard reboot the phone
Expected:
The music changes to start playing from the headset
** Affects: indicator-bluetooth (Ubuntu)
