I'll fix it, I agree that it seems odd that it does that, but it also
seems asinine that I have to do that when the only change between the
utopic version and the trust version is the changelog file (for the
required version bump). Why cant I just have the same version in both
trusty and utopic? I assume it's because of upgrades and such, in
which case, why don't we allow multiple distributions in the changelog
per debian policy 4.4

At this point though I suppose I'm just ranting at Debian now, as it
seems while it is in the debian policy to allow multiple distributions
in a changelog entry, not even their archive supports that.
